Our Joint Performance Team, a collaboration between Southeastern and Network Rail, is at the heart of driving performance improvements across the railway. From analysing data and investigating incidents to setting ambitious targets and finding creative solutions, JPT is all about making travel better for customers.
What We Offer
As a Summer Intern in the JPT, you’ll:
- Work alongside industry experts to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Analyse railway performance data and explore innovative solutions.
- Participate in exciting activities such as a Train Driver Experience Day, Future Labs events, and networking opportunities.

- Receive direct access to our internal job listings and a guaranteed interview window for any MG1 role of your choice, valid from your last four months of university to 12 months post-graduation.
